1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the ik444 platform, including the website at ik444.pro, its mobile interface, all games, betting markets, promotions, and any related services offered by ik444 ('we', 'us', or 'the Platform'). By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ik444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open an account with ik444 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age (21+ only). ik444 strictly enforces this age restriction and may request documentary proof at any time.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by ik444 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice and any associated bonuses will be voided. ik444 may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal request.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ik444 accepts the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳):

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum single deposit ৳200; maximum per transaction ৳50,000.
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard — subject to your issuing bank's international transaction limits.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit (anti-money-laundering requirement).
• ik444 reserves the right to request supporting documents (e.g. national ID, bKash account statement) before approving a withdrawal above ৳20,000.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ik444 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and festive occasions like Eid and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• The standard rollover is 15x (fifteen times) the bonus amount. For example, a ৳500 welcome bonus requires ৳7,500 in total wagers before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of being credited to your account. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• ik444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of loopholes, or multi-accounting.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to eligible slot games only. Winnings from free spins are subject to the same rollover requirement unless the promotion page specifies a different rate.

IMPORTANT: Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met using real-money bets. Free-play or demo-mode sessions do not count toward rollover completion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ik444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, including use of a spouse's, family member's, or friend's identity without their knowledge.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or against the house.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting patterns.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity intended to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds through the Platform.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

ik444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or payment fraud, including chargebacks filed without genuine cause.
• Breach of any clause within these Terms, including the Prohibited Conduct section, regardless of whether financial loss occurred.

If you wish to self-exclude or voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded via the original deposit method after identity verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ik444 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design — is the property of ik444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, scrape, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes without express written permission from ik444.
• Use any automated data extraction or scraping tools, robots, or spiders to collect information from the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or application provided on or through the Platform.

NOTICE: The ik444 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use in any medium — including social media, advertising, or third-party websites — is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ik444 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, and the cost of substitute services.

ik444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, or acts of force majeure may affect service availability. ik444 accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a direct result of Platform unavailability.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

ik444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

• SSL-encrypted transmission of all data between your device and ik444 servers to prevent interception.
